RETURN & EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE / RETURN
We accept exchanges within 14 working days for all domestic orders.
Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer’s defect.
All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of The Wola reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

Upon returning your item to us, please email: customer@thewola.com with the following information: -

Your Name (As per invoice)
Your email address
Invoice number / Order ID
Reason for exchange/return
Photo of the wrong item or defective item (if any)
If you would like to exchange sizes, please state clearly which size you would want us to resend to you.

Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange. We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Please note that The Wola will not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel.

REFUND

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, once The Wola. received and inspected the item(s) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return request is approved, you will be refunded to your personal account.
During any sales or promotion period (including the use of discount code or discount voucher), all items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
